Post-Graduation | Ongoing Support for Life
Through our Pre-Employment Training Program, we equip students with practical skills and real-world experiences that prepare them for meaningful work and greater independence.
The program focuses on building confidence, responsibility, and work readiness while helping students discover their strengths and interests.
We provide structured training across several key domains:
Learning basic food service tasks such as table setting, simple food handling, cleaning, and kitchen support.
Developing office-related skills such as filing, sorting documents, labeling, and simple administrative tasks.
Practicing assembly, sorting, packing, and quality checking to build accuracy and task completion skills.
Learning customer service basics, product arrangement, simple sales interactions, and handling transactions.
Developing skills in planting, watering, maintaining plants, and caring for green spaces.
Learning basic kitchen preparation tasks such as washing ingredients, measuring, simple cutting, and organizing food items.
Through these experiences, students build work habits, independence, and confidence, preparing them for future employment opportunities and active participation in the community
At ENSO Vocational School, the 1:1 Support Program provides specialised, individualised support for students who require more intensive guidance as they develop vocational skills and prepare for greater independence.
Students remain actively engaged in vocational training environments, participating in structured work tasks, routines, and skill-building activities alongside their peers. At the same time, they receive individualised support and targeted intervention, which may include one-to-one coaching or pull-out sessions when specific skills require more focused development.
Our goal is to support each student in building the confidence, regulation, and practical abilities needed to navigate real-world environments successfully.
To support neurodivergent learners in developing the foundational skills required for vocational participation, daily living, and community engagement, while fostering independence, resilience, and self-confidence.
The 1:1 Support Program recognises that every learner progresses at a different pace. Each student receives an Individualised Transition Plan (ITP) that is collaboratively developed and reviewed each term by trainers, therapists, and parents.
