Our Signature Programmes

Four Pathways. One Purpose: Independence.

We offer four flexible programs that grow with your child—whether they’re building everyday routines, exploring job skills, or transitioning into adulthood.

L.E.A.D

Life Essentials & Activities for Daily Living

Ages 9+ | Gaining Confidence in Daily Life

In L.E.A.D., students build everyday independence through real experiences—like preparing simple meals, practicing personal care, and learning how to move safely and confidently in the world around them.
We support them in:

Personal hygiene and grooming
Meal prep and household routines
Managing money and basic planning
Building communication and daily structure
Participating in the community

P.A.T.H

Planning Ahead for a Better Tomorrow with Hope

Ages 14+ | Exploring Vocational Skills

When your child is ready to try new things, P.A.T.H. gives them space to explore different career possibilities—from retail to culinary to hands-on trades.
We help them:

Discover their strengths and interests

Learn communication and workplace behaviour

Build a resume and try mock interviews

Understand emotional regulation in job settings

Try supported work experiences with real mentors

P.E.T. (Pre-Employment Training Program)

Building Skills for Work and Independence

Post-Graduation | Ongoing Support for Life

Through our Pre-Employment Training Program, we equip students with practical skills and real-world experiences that prepare them for meaningful work and greater independence. The program focuses on building confidence, responsibility, and work readiness while helping students discover their strengths and interests.
We provide structured training across several key domains:

Restaurant Skills

Learning basic food service tasks such as table setting, simple food handling, cleaning, and kitchen support.

Clerical Work

Developing office-related skills such as filing, sorting documents, labeling, and simple administrative tasks.

Packaging

Practicing assembly, sorting, packing, and quality checking to build accuracy and task completion skills.

Retail & Sales

Learning customer service basics, product arrangement, simple sales interactions, and handling transactions.

Gardening

Developing skills in planting, watering, maintaining plants, and caring for green spaces.

Food Preparation

Learning basic kitchen preparation tasks such as washing ingredients, measuring, simple cutting, and organizing food items.

Through these experiences, students build work habits, independence, and confidence, preparing them for future employment opportunities and active participation in the community

1:1 SUPPORT PROGRAM

A PATHWAY TO WORK READINESS, INDEPENDENCE & REAL-WORLD SUCCESS

At ENSO Vocational School, the 1:1 Support Program provides specialised, individualised support for students who require more intensive guidance as they develop vocational skills and prepare for greater independence.

Students remain actively engaged in vocational training environments, participating in structured work tasks, routines, and skill-building activities alongside their peers. At the same time, they receive individualised support and targeted intervention, which may include one-to-one coaching or pull-out sessions when specific skills require more focused development.

Our goal is to support each student in building the confidence, regulation, and practical abilities needed to navigate real-world environments successfully.

Our Purpose

To support neurodivergent learners in developing the foundational skills required for vocational participation, daily living, and community engagement, while fostering independence, resilience, and self-confidence.

What Makes the 1:1 Support Program Different?

The 1:1 Support Program recognises that every learner progresses at a different pace. Each student receives an Individualised Transition Plan (ITP) that is collaboratively developed and reviewed each term by trainers, therapists, and parents.

The plan focuses on building skills across key areas such as:

Work habits and task completion

Functional communication

Emotional regulation and adaptability

Social interaction and workplace behaviour

Independence in daily routines

Community and life skills
